SpareRig is a connection venue, not a rental agency. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any items listed on the platform. We simply introduce musicians to one another.

2. Liability & Risk

Use at your own risk. SpareRig is not responsible for:

• Damage to gear during a loan/trade.
• Theft or loss of items.
• Personal disputes between users.

3. User Conduct

We have zero tolerance for harassment, illegal activity, or misleading listings. We reserve the right to ban any account that violates the spirit of our community.

4. Disputes

Any disagreements regarding gear condition, return times, or damages must be resolved directly between users. SpareRig cannot mediate private agreements.
